The Circle has healing power. 
In the Circle, we are all equal. When in the Circle, no one is in front of you. No one is behind you. No one is above you. No one is below you.
The Sacred Circle is designed to create unity. The Hoop of Life is also a circle. On this hoop there is a place for every species, every race, every tree and every plant. It is this completeness of life that must be respected in order to bring about health on this planet.

This group is for you if you desire to move beyond addictions, emotional eating, anxiety, depression, PTSD or would simply like to break free from what is holding you back from experiencing true inner healing. 

Each person will commit to attending the group 8 times, every other week at 7 - 8:30pm. There will optional retreats throughout the year. Each meeting will involve a $40 investment and will be facilitated by Maria Rippo, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Holistic Coach & therapist Barbara Brown, MSW, LICSW. 

The meetings will be held at the Riverside Offices in Bothell. 10516 East Riverside Drive, Bothell, WA 98011.

Please join even if you have a conflicting date. We are aware that, at times, schedule conflicts happen!
