In my experience, in depth learning about who I am, has had a drastic impact on feeling comfortable in my own skin and in my ability to believe in my own gifts. I prefer 3 ways of learning more about who we are as individuals. First, the Enneagram has been incredibly transformative for me because I am a very complex personality type, made of many opposites. Until I learned about my Enneagram type and worked with a therapist who could understand me as a type 4, I just thought I was crazy! Discovering my Enneagram type was one of the foundational aspects of my healing. It took me a month to figure out my type and I ended figuring it out through reading a book called, The Enneagram Made Easy. This link has a great free test to help you find your Ennegram type.

Your Ennegram type will help you get to know who you are and what your tendencies, gifts and false programming for happiness are. We all have them, so becoming honest with who we truly are and learning to find love and compassion for the parts of ourselves we hide from is an integral part of the transformational process.
